Return & Exchange Policy – Terms and Conditions
1. Returns Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 14 days of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with all tags attached.
2. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact us at sleepwearbykim@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and, if applicable, a return shipping label.
- Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
3. Refunds
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item is received and inspected.
- Shipping fees (original and return) are non-refundable unless the item was defective or incorrect.
- Allow [5–10] business days for the refund to be processed after receipt.
4. Exchanges
- Exchanges are offered only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
- If you need a different size or colour, we recommend returning the item and placing a new order.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
5. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a damaged or wrong item, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with a photo of the issue.
- We will replace the item at no additional cost or offer a full refund.
6. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
