Return & Refund Policy

You have 60 days to return items from the date you receive them.

• Eligibility: Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.

• How to Start a Return: Email sleepwearbykim@gmail.com with your order number. We will send you return instructions.

• Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we'll process a refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to post. Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or incorrect.

• Exchanges: For a different size or item, we recommend returning your current item and placing a new order.

• Non-Returnable Items: Sale items and gift cards are final sale.

• Damaged Items: If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately.
